All connected with the Mayflower Sanctuary would like to say a very big heart-felt thank you to everyone who has donated monies for Sammy's appeal.
This beautiful dog has now been placed into a new home from which he has also gained a new friend, a younger Saluki X called Oscar. What a lucky family to have not one but two beautiful dogs such as Sammy and Oscar. Ami, Sammy's new mum says that it feels as if Sammy has always been there, he has settled so well.
He is still on restricted exercise but continues to do so well...bless him...he has been such a brave dog. To see him get better makes our job worthwhile.
